13th May 2020 Update – Stay Safe

New Zealand will be moving to Alert Level 2 at 11:59pm on Wednesday 13 May.

ECKO has a “ Contactless Delivery Service”, you can place an order with your local or preferred merchant and we will despatch goods straight to your SITE or COLLECT from our Auckland Office at 17 Carpenter Road East Tamaki.

To prevent Covid-19 and keep our staff safe, all visitors to our site must adhere to the following Ministry of Health Guidelines:

  • Apply 2m social distance.
  • Sanitise hands before handling any paperwork or goods.
  • Register your details on our Contact Tracing Form.

07th May 2020 Update – Contactless Delivery Service

New Zealand moved to Alert Level 3 at 11:59pm on Monday 27th April. We will stay in Alert Level 3 for two weeks before Cabinet reviews how we are tracking and makes further decisions on 11th May. ECKO has “ Contactless Delivery Service”, you can place an order with essential details to your local or preferred merchants and we will despatch goods straight to your desired location.

26th March 2020 Update – Essential Services

On the Government advice, effective from 11:59PM Wednesday, 25th March 2020, ECKO Fastening Systems will be closed for 4 weeks. During this time you can visit our website for product information & business updates. For any URGENT ORDER related to Essential Business Requirements we have team members on standby. 19th March 2020 Update 

ECKO is closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the NZ Ministry of Health, with rigorous on-going review of our processes and procedures.

We are taking precautions to prevent exposure to and transmission of COVID-19. As of 20th March 2020, ECKO have implemented restrictions on face-to-face meetings and large staff gatherings in order to reduce direct close contact to essential operations only. In order to minimize possible infection risks, and protect staff and customers we have also implemented a very rigorous cleaning/disinfecting policy for all surfaces in our premises.

ECKO has plans in place for our staff (our ECKO Family) if they feel unwell, need to self-isolate, or need support. Our staff are our biggest asset and protecting and their well-being is our top priority.
